EMI will evaluate the condition of an existing building or other construction and determine whether it is well suited for the intended use by the client and/or whether it is safe for occupancy. EMI will evaluate the size of the building in comparison to the scope of the project, the structural stability, the water system, the waste water system, the electrical system and other conditions or factors.
