In the office, we have licensed architects and licensed structural engineers as well as an experienced construction manager to help train you by refining and broadening your professional skills. For civil engineers and other disciplines, we have a great network of volunteers willing to help you develop your professional skills during your internship.

One great advantage to gaining some of your experience with EMI is the chance to work in the same office with both architects and engineers. You will have a great opportunity to experience first-hand the design challenges and solutions of disciplines other than yours. This ability to understand these challenges of other disciplines could be an important skill as you finish your internship and seek employment back home.
